Withdraw from the funds of my choice?

With current or pending rules, can I withdraw from the funds of my choice (G,F,C,S,I) or will withdrawals always come proportionally from my current funds ?

You must still draw proportionally from the TSP funds based on your account allocation. There’s nothing in the TSP Modernization Act to change this.
