AF Announces E-5 Promotions

The Air Force has selected 15,223 senior airmen for promotion to staff sergeant, out of a pool of candidates roughly twice as large. Successful candidates had an average score of 275.81, and have served between 2.09 and 4.69 years. The full list is scheduled for Aug. 20 at 1 p.m. Central Time. At that point, airmen can view their scores on the Air Force Portal. Promotions will begin in September, and proceed according to sequence number.
