Air Force civilian employees no longer will be able to use the service’s interactive voice response system to resolve questions about benefits, as of Jan. 31. The Air Force is deactivating the system because of high costs and low activity. Employees still can seek answers to questions regarding health and life insurance, the Thrift Savings Plan, and other benefits 24 hours a day through the online Employee Benefits and Information System, at https://mypers.af.mil.
