The Air Force now offers its supervisors a new array of online learning tools, through its Supervisor Resource Center. Through the center, supervisors can gain access to training courses, books, simulations, exercises, job aids, and guidance for helping subordinates pursue supervisory careers, according to an Oct. 23 announcement by the Air Force Personnel Center. For instance, the Leadership Knowledge Center, located on the Web at https://afkm.wpafb.af.mil/src, offers a monthly list of suggested readings, as well as problem analysis and resolution vignettes, practice and lab sites, online books, and other tools.
