The Air Force will establish its newest non-commissioned officers academy at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, sometime early next year. The facility, which will train and graduate an estimated 1,300 students per year, will join six other stateside and four overseas NCO academies, which teach leadership responsibilities to mid-level enlisted airmen.
