Assignment, Deferment Help for Deployed AF Members

Officers and enlisteds who have been deployed at least 300 days during a 365-day-long tour in areas where hazardous duty pay is authorized can now qualify for advance assignments or in-place 24-month deferments, the Air Force Personnel Center announced Feb. 19.
