Bergdahl Faces Desertion Charges

Sgt. Bowe R. Bergdahl, the soldier who was captured by the Taliban in Afghanistan after disappearing from his base and later returned in a five-men-for-one prisoner exchange, will face charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy. If found guilty, he could face five years to life in prison.
