Career Sea Pay To Rise

Sailors and Marines who deploy aboard ships will see their pay increase. Navy Secretary Ray Mabus authorized an increase in Career Sea Pay (CSP) and Career Sea Pay Premium (CSP-P) for eligible service members. The hikes will be based on pay grade and cumulative years of sea duty, but will not exceed $750 for CSP and $350 for CSP-P. The new pay tables are available online at www.navy.mil.
