The Marine Corps is looking for applicants to become equal opportunity advisors. Those selected will attend 10-week training courses at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., sometime between Oct. 1, 2008, and Sept. 30, 2009. Upon completion, they would return to commands and assume their new jobs. Candidates must be high school graduates or GED holders in pay grades E-6 through E-9, excluding first sergeants and sergeants major, and must agree to serve 36 months on active duty after completing EEO training. Applications must be submitted through the chain of command to CMC, MMEA-85 via Total Force Retention System, no later than July 2.
