Corps Seeks Athletes of the Year

The Marine Corps is seeking applicants for 2007 Male and Female Athlete of the Year. All nominations must go through base athletic directors and chains of command. Applications are available online at www.usmc-mccs.org/sports. Marines stationed at bases that do not have athletic directors can submit nominations directly to Headquarters Marine Corps, via their chain of command. Nominations are due no later than March 15. Winners will be announced March 30, and honored during a ceremony at Quantico Marine Corps Base, Va., sometime in July or August.
