Following the directive issued by Navy Secretary Ray Mabus in July, the Marine Corps provided detailed plans to publish results of all special and general court-martial trials. As of Oct.1, the service began posting military trial results by region on the service’s Web site home page, at http://www.hqmc.marines.mil/sja/branches/trialcounselassistanceprogram(tcap).aspx.
