Donovan To Replace Wilson

Undersecretary of the Air Force Matthew P. Donovan will replace outgoing Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson on June 1, the Pentagon announced. Donovan will serve as acting secretary, according to the May 15 announcement. Wilson will become the president of the University of Texas-El Paso.
