More than 1,200 Marines in Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command who have been selected and assessed through the Marine Special Operations School and who are filling Special Duty Assignment pay billets have been tagged for special-duty assignment pay (SDAP). The pay will run from $150 to $375 per month, depending upon the Marine’s billet. SDAP, which applies to paygrades E-4 through E-9, will be retroactive back to June for Marines who were assigned to MCFSOC during the retroactive period. For a listing of billets and their levels of pay, see MarAdmin 398-06.
