F-15s Arrive at Incirlik

The Air Force deployed the first six of 12 F-15C Eagle fighters to Incirlik Air Base, Turkey Nov. 10, where they will fly missions against Islamic State targets in Iraq and Syria. Plans also are taking shape to deploy a still-undetermined number of F-15E Strike Eagle fighters to Incirlik. The Turkish government requested the additional aircraft, to augment the Turkish air force F-16s stationed there.
