Generic formulary drugs purchased at retail pharmacies will increase to $5, from $3. Brand-name formulary drugs purchased at retail pharmacies will increase to $12 form $9, for a 30-day supply. Brand-name formulary drugs obtained through mail order will cost $9 for a 90-day supply. The copayment for non-formulary drugs will rise to $25 from $22 at retail pharmacies and through home delivery.
