Man Held After Bomb Threat

Law enforcement officials at Fort Riley, Kan., took a man into custody after he reportedly threatened to detonate a bomb there in a suicide attack. According to BBC News, 20-year-old John T Booker Jr., was acting in behalf of ISIS, the Islamic State. BBC also reported that Booker had tried to join the Army but was rejected.
