The Marine Corps wants to know what first-term and subsequent term active-duty Marines like and dislike about their jobs. From now until March 1, 2011, the service wants active-duty Marines in reenlistment zones A through C, who have an end-of-active-service (EAS) date between Oct. 1, 2011, and Sept. 30, 2012, to take part in a voluntary enlisted retention survey. "This is your opportunity to provide valuable feedback to your senior leaders regarding the important factors that influence your career decisions and what you would like to see the Marine Corps improve," the service stated in MARADMIN 676/10, released Dec. 10. The survey is available online at https://www.manpower.usmc.mil/ers.
