The Navy has tweaked its Selective Reenlistment Program (SRB), in order to retain sailors in most critical ratings and Navy Enlisted Classifications. The revised plan, in effect for the 12-month fiscal year that began last Oct. 1, includes 19 reductions and 12 eliminations, with 105 ratings remaining unchanged.
