The Center for Personal Development is partnering with WILL Interactive to provide Sailors with the tools to make the right decisions for themselves. The scenario-driven interactive program for use when Sailors go on liberty covers all the Navy Military Training core topics, including suicide awareness, sexual harassment, fraternization, discrimination and alcohol abuse. When completed early next year, Sailors will be required to take the course prior to their first liberty opportunity. The program can either be delivered in a group setting with a facilitator, or Sailors can take it on their own via computer. It is the first in a series of scenario-driven programs that will address personal development issues and topics as Sailors progress through their naval careers and personal lives.
