Navy Detailing System Upgraded

Sailors can now use a Web-based system to submit job applications when they negotiate permanent-change-of-station (PCS) orders. Sailors who meet Perform to Serve requirements can log into the new Career Management System Interactive Detailing (CMS/ID) Web site, https://www.smsid.navy.mil, and file their application requests electronically through their command career counselor. They can also view available job assignments. Career counselors still have the option to review and make changes to sailors’ requests.
