The Navy is offering special-pay incentives to health-care professionals who are skilled in understaffed wartime specialties. The incentives range from $10,000 to $25,000 per year for three years, depending on rank and specialty. Eligibility criteria include ability to deploy worldwide, selected reserve status, agreement to remain in the Navy Selected Reserve for a minimum of three years, and possession of valid licenses, certifications and credentials.
