As part of the drive to enforce a zero-tolerance policy on drug abuse, the Navy has published a synthetic-drug testing operating guide on the Navy Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Office Web site. The document provides commands with guidelines and procedures for testing for synthetic drugs. The Navy plans to implement testing for synthetic drugs for all sailors and Marines.
