As of April 15, all sailors who wish to receive tuition assistance under the Navy College Program must do so online, at https://www.navycollege.navy.mil/. The Web-based system allows users to complete the entire application process electronically and submit their request through their chain of command for approval. The Web site also offers access to counselors and rating-based degree plans.
