New Government Travel Charge Card Selected

Beginning Nov. 30, the Defense Department’s 1.2 million users of official travel cards will receive new charge cards. The new cards, managed by Citibank, will still offer benefits like no interest charges, delayed late fees, and insurance coverage, for those traveling on official business. The Defense Travel Management Office is working with Citibank and Bank of America, which manages the cards now in use, to ensure that the transition is smooth.
