Newest Arleigh Burke Destroyer Christened

The Navy has christened the USS Jason Dunham, the service’s newest Arleigh Burke-class destroyer, during a ceremony held at Bath Iron Works, Maine, on Aug. 1. The ship is named after Marine Cpl. Jason L. Dunham, who was awarded a posthumous Medal of Honor for valor he displayed during an April 14, 2004, ambush and fight in Iraq.
