Online Lottery To Offer Army Ten-Miler Slots

The Army will conduct an online lottery Aug.11-15 to fill 400 slots in the Army Ten-Miler race in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 5. The added slots will accommodate some of the many people who could not register in the spring because they did not know where they would be in October. The first 26,000 slots sold out on April 21.
