Service members who faced a medical or physical disability evaluation board before separating from the service between Sept. 11, 2001, and April 30, 2012, may be entitled to a new evaluation. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel called for a thorough review of mental-health diagnoses during that time frame, after learning that some diagnoses had been changed during the board process. More information is available on the Department of Defense Physical Disability Board of Review Web site at http://www.health.mil/PDBR.
