Sailors Headed O’Seas Can Use Government Credit Cards

Sailors who are headed overseas in permanent-change-of-station (PCS) moves now can use their Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) for authorized purchases. The change is part of an expanded pilot program that would reduce out-of-pocket expenses for sailors and their families.
