Special Forces Capture Benghazi Mastermind

Special Forces troops have captured one of the major planners of the September 2012 attack on U.S. facilities in Benghazi, Libya. The raid took place June 15 with cooperation with law-enforcement personnel, the Pentagon announced. The man in custody, identified as Ahmed Abu Khatallah is being held in a “secure location outside of Libya,” according to the Pentagon statement. No civilians were harmed, and all American troops returned to their bases of operation safely as well.
