The Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA) program resumed on March 13, ending a temporary suspension that began Feb. 18. The program, which already has 136,000 military spouses on board, had been stopped while Defense Department officials conducted a thorough review of its operations. The program encountered problems because demand overwhelmed the system and nearly swallowed its allotted budget, DoD said March 11. The resumption only includes spouses who are already enrolled. New enrollments will resume after program managers determine how best to do so. For more information, visit http://www.militaryonesource.com or call (800) 342-9647.
