Ten case managers hired through Task Force Navy Family (TFNF) are working full time at the Case Management Call Center located in the Community Support Center (CSC) on Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport. Their mission: to respond to requests for assistance from active-duty, reserve, Navy civilian and retiree members and their families. Navy families affected by recent hurricanes should complete a needs survey online at www.bol.navy.mil, by calling toll free (877) 414-5358, or by visiting the CSC.
