As of Oct. 24, Marines must wear the sleeves of their venerable Marine Corps combat utility uniforms rolled down year-round, the service announced in an Oct. 18 announcement. "This change does not affect timing of the seasonal uniform change, which will be addressed and announced in a future MARADMIN," the service stated in MARADMIN 621/11, available online at www.marines.mil.
