Uniform Guideline Changes

As the Army announced a relaxation of its tattoo policy, the service also cleared the way for soldiers to wear their Army Combat Uniforms (ACUs) while traveling commercially on official business. Soldiers also can wear the uniforms while buying alcoholic beverages at a store, but not while consuming alcohol in bars.
