Unit To Deploy to Kuwait

The Fort Riley, Kan.-based 2nd Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, will deploy roughly 4,000 soldiers to Kuwait later this year for a nine-month rotation. The unit, known as the Dagger Brigade, will support U.S. Central Command’s ongoing mission in the region, the Army stated Sept. 24.
