USMA Ranked as Top College

Forbes Magazine has ranked the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., as the nation’s best institution of higher education, in its annual Best College Review. In making the determination, Forbes included factors such as the results of student evaluations, how many alumni were listed in Who’s Who in America, student debt at graduation, the number of students graduating in four years, and the number of students or faculty who received prestigious awards such as Rhodes Scholarships and Nobel Prizes. West Point came out ahead of Princeton, Cal Tech, Harvard, and both sister service academies.
