Vets Get New Appeals-Tracking Tool

Veterans now can track the progress of their benefits claims appeal online. The Department of Veterans Affairs launched a new tool March 21 that provides them access to details about the status of any claim they may have. The web-based tool also will alert them about actions they would need to take, and estimates of how long each step in the process should last. The tool is available on the www.Vets.gov web site.
