Army Spc. 4 Leslie H. Sabo Jr., will receive a posthumous Medal of Honor for heroism he displayed in a May 10, 1970, firefight during the Vietnam War, the White House announced. Sabo’s actions saved the lives of several comrades who were ambushed near the Sesan River in Cambodia. The ceremony will take place May 16 at the White House.
