Women’s Foundation Seeks Public Nominees

The Army Women’s Foundation is opening its nomination process for its annual Hall of Fame award to the public for the first time. The foundation’s award honors those who have made significant contributions to women in all of the armed forces. Prior honorees include women who were the first to attain flag or senior enlisted rank, served in prior wars, wounded or killed in action, and received the Silver Star medal. To submit nominations, visit the foundation’s Web site at www.awfdn.org. Nominations are due by July 31.
