The House Oversight and Accountability Committee has approved for floor voting:

* HR-7524, to require the GSA to provide an annual report to Congress regarding expenditures made through the Citizen Services Fund and some expenditures made through the Acquisition Services Fund by the end of each fiscal year.

* HR-7887, to prohibit the use of minimum education or experience requirements for proposed contractor personnel in federal contract solicitations, except when the needs of the agency cannot be met without such requirements.

* HR-7867, to require OMB to set an annual, government-wide regulatory budget that restricts the amount of new, unfunded regulatory costs agencies can impose each fiscal year.

The committee also approved: HR-7868 to require tighter reviews of whether persons covered by the FEHB are eligible and to remove those who aren’t; HR-7869, to correct an anomaly that could cause lower retirement benefits for some CBP officers related to their inclusion in the special benefits package for law enforcement officers; and HR-3019, to require new evaluations of conditions for staff and inmates at Bureau of Prisons correctional facilities.
