Applications are being accepted through April 15 for the
Defense Leadership and Management Program (DLAMP) class of
2005. The program, open to DoD personnel at GS-13, 14 and
15, and equivalent, is a DoD-wide development program for
civilian leaders that builds on component and
occupation-specific efforts to provide a systematic
approach to developing leaders.
The program aims to provide civilian leaders with a grasp
of national security issues and breadth of education and
experience to meet the future challenges of the DoD
mission, with a joint service perspective.
