GSA administrator Lurita Doan has brought in Vince Warrick from the Harbour Group, a private sector business acquisition and operating company, to run the agency’s Office of Performance Improvement as an associate administrator.
Warrick is to work with GSA’s senior management team to implement performance initiatives and will report directly to Doan, according to GSA.
“I am asking Vince to examine our processes, exactly as he would a company in the private sector and help us find hidden value, develop quantifiable performance metrics for our operations and help us discover ways to significantly improve,” Doan said.
Warrick attended the United States Military Academy and graduated in 1980 with a BS degree, and received a master’s degree in public administration from Cornell University in 1991, according to GSA.
