The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission s has issued a final rule implementing the posting requirements set forth in Title III of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002–the “No FEAR Act.” The final regs are in the August 2 Federal Register.
The No FEAR Act requires a Federal agency to post on its public Web site summary statistical data pertaining to complaints of employment discrimination filed under 29 CFR part 1614 by employees, former employees and applicants for
employment.
The EEOC govern the “time, form and manner” of the postings, define certain the terms and govern general procedures to be
used in carrying out the act.
