I retired early on a VSIP/VERA in March of this year. Yet, I still receive Leave & Earnings statements, that still show I have a sick leave balance. If I can receive monetary compensation for this…..How?

Even though you are still receiving your LES, your sick leave balance should have been credited to you when calculating the amount of creditable service for annuity computation purposes. So,no, you cannot receive a payout for your unused sick leave balance.
