I am under a mobility at my current job, but due to a medical condition that I was diagnosed 7 years into this position I am unable to continue in my current position. In asking for a reasonable accommodations does the mobility agreement allow my employer to find me a position any where? Blocked by moderator

Hi Sam, You must apply for reasonable accommodation, as you know. your medical provider will provide information about what limitations you may have. if relocation would exacerbate your condition, then that is something your medical provider should include in his/her response to the agency letter for medical information. additionally, it depends on what openings the agency has, among other factors. Reasonable accommodation is so case-specific issue with lots of factors at play that a more precise answer cannot be provided. Good luck! Blocked by moderator
