Retiree receiving annuity gets reemployed and works a full year full time. How is their supplemental annuity calculated? The rules say “FERS service is credited at the rate of 1 percent of the average salary per year of service”. Does the “average salary” include the original annuity plus the offset salary (for cases where the annuity does not cease upon reemployment)? Blocked by moderator
