The Partnership for Public Service recently unveiled an online
“Solutions Center,” a resource for federal agencies and a
place where they can share methods for transforming their
agencies.
“Federal agencies share a common set of problems but don’t
often have the means of sharing their solutions,” said Max
Stier, president and CEO of the Partnership in a press
release. “Exciting changes are underway at many federal
agencies, and the Solutions Center offers federal leaders
and managers a one-stop shop where they can access innovative
tools and information to help them address their human
capital challenges.”
The Center features case studies and solutions relating to key
management areas of leadership, recruitment, performance,
management and strategic human capital strategies.
Partnership affiliates include General Accounting Office,
the Internal Revenue Service, NASA, the Social Security
Administration, the Department of Health and Human Services,
the Federal Highway Administration, the Bonneville Power
Administration, and the Court Services and Offender
Supervision Agency.
PPS says it “works to make the government an employer of
choice for talented, dedicated Americans through educational
outreach, research, legislative advocacy, and hands-on
partnerships with agencies on work force management issues.” Get Document
