18F Posts Code Contribution Guide

GSA’s 18F digital services agency has posted a code contribution guide on its website giving an overview of its open source approach to development and explaining how others can examine the code base of its projects and even contribute. Contribution would take place through its GitHub page (https://github.com/18f) where most anyone could submit pull requests to a project manager, who would then decide whether to accept the contribution.
