The FAA has awarded a $60 million technical services contract to Optimal Solutions & Technologies (http://www.ostglobal.com/) under the IT shared services combined contracts – ITSS-CC, task order, serving the agency’s Washington DC headquarters, Oklahoma City and Atlantic City centers.
OST announced it would support the FAA for enterprise software implementation and system maintenance, including “database development and management, service desk support, desktop support, configuration management, enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, and system documentation.”
The company also recently announced it was awarded another contract to design, develop and upgrade the enterprise management system for the VA’s Office of Inspector General to give users central access to all OIG data. That project entails integrating an off-the-shelf case management solution as well as several existing data entry, storage, search and reporting modules (VA Master Case Index modules), OST said.
Under a contract with the Air Force, OST’s Excellus Solutions will also provide Materiel Command with technology training via mobile training teams – instructing Air Force personnel in software administration, enterprise applications and wireless security.
