GSA has issued a request for information on innovative, transformational green building technologies that have the potential to improve theeconomic and environmental performance in federal buildings.

GSA owns and leases some 9,200 buildings, and through its Green Proving Ground program, it is using the portfolio as a test bed to evaluate the viability of emerging building technologies and practices to save energy, water, and reduce operational costs, according to the agency.
