GSA has awarded CGI Federal Inc. as a prime contractor under the new One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – OASIS, contract.
The Court of Federal Claims and GAO recently denied protests against GSA awards under OASIS and GSA recently issued a notice to proceed and agencies can begin using the contract to purchase commercial, non-commercial, multidisciplinary, and complex professional services, including IT.
Under OASIS, agencies can purchase professional services with supporting IT solutions with one contract. OASIS designed to provide comprehensive, integrated contract options (similar to the Alliant solution for IT requirements). GSA said
OASIS would compliment the Multiple Award Schedules program and provide agencies with more flexible full-service options.
